Money back into Fiverr

I have withdrawn 266dollars from Fiverr. But I am unable to get it reflected in my PayPal account. Now I don't want it to go into my PayPal account anyways. I read that in an email from Paypal that I need to fulfill some details before I can receive the payment from Fiverr to Paypal or else the money would go back to Fiverr on 9 November. So if I don't fill those details, will the 266 dollars come back to my Fiverr account balance?

Can you please tell me what happened to your money. Did it come back to your Fiverr account. Because I am having the same problem.
