Hello. I have 26 EUR in my paypal balance and I tried to send it to someone but PayPal paid with my debit card instead of its PayPal balance?? I have my card linked and I cannot change the funding source to paypal balance..

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
