I transferred money using paypal to a family member on 2/28. The money was taken from my acct but my they didnt receive it and Im not sure why. Paypal asked me to verify my identity which I did as well. Idk if thats why Its taking so long. Can anyone help with this?

If the status is Pending, perhaps the recipient hasn't been able to claim money yet and has to verify identity as well.
