Money Onhold

I am not new to paypal, and been using and having many transactions for over 6months now and have a sale for more than $100 already. why is it i still suffer for 60days onhold?

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering a delay in the availability of your funds. A hold of 60 days sounds like it could be related to a reserve, or perhaps there is a particular payment that is held for other reasons. I suggest contacting customer service to look into the reason the funds are held.
