It's been 3 days now and I am still unable to claim my salary. I already did the adding the shipping information and having our company verify it but they told me that I need to contact Paypal Customer Support since it appears that there is an issue with my account. I don't know how to contact the local Paypal Customer Support here in the Philippines since I cant call them and I have no idea how to send an email to them.
Please I need help and I am in dire need of this salary.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is also randomly available.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you! I tried asking for help via their Facebook page but its all automated and the option for "On Hold payments" is not available in their automated Facebook messenger but I will try their Twitter page and see if I can get lucky.
