I have a problem, need Your help please.
Yesterday I received a payment from U.S. on my PayPal account. I am based in Europe, Croatia, this is where I also have a bank account. Unfortunately I didnt know that there is U.S. and EU version of PayPal and that I should have opened up an EU PayPal instead the one I did; American. Now, I am in trouble. I received a payment which I need very much but I can not access it. Its been put ON HOLD, because I dont have a bank account linked to this U.S. PayPal, just my Credit Card. Any advices? Is there a way I can access this money, send it to my bank in EU? Please let me know what do You think I should do now.
