Money Disappeared

In 2016 I ran a successful Crowdfunding campaign and raised more than 4000 USD that were channeled through PayPal. I left the money there as I don't usually use PayPal for payments. I was checking my account yesterday and I only found a balance of 400 USD. I wrote to PayPal asking for an account statement and the answer I received was that they are unable to show me transaction history. Can someone help me find a way to check my transaction history over the past few years?

Congratulations on your crowdfunding success! You should be able to see your Transaction History by following the steps in this Help Center article: How do I download my transaction history or activity?

I normally recommend downloading history one year at a time so the report doesn't take very long to download.
