Hello I buy in 03.02.2019 an Xbox One from ebay.In about 2 hours i recived an email from ebay and they told me that the seller is a marked as a fraud account and was told to enter to paypal for refund.I did that and paypal put my money back. But next day paypal blocked the money from my card.Even today the money still apear blocked What should i do?

PayPal has gotten the request for refund but is making sure that they can recoup the money from the sellers' account. It will most likely take 72 hours for them to investigate and release the money.
