Missing money

Hi, I have transferred £50.00 from my bank to PayPal but has not appeared in my PayPal balance. I have contacted PayPal via message and they have told me they cannot find the transaction. So I contacted the bank an they have told me it has definitely been sent to them. I have sent £34.00 after to check if it was a problem but that has been instantly added to the balance. SINCE THEN NO REPLY FROM THE PAYPAL HELP MESSAGE Think they need to sort there customer service out !!

Absolutely shocking, I’ve requested a call back and a “specialist” haha is going to call me. They don’t need to ring me just give me the money they owe me lol Worst customer service I have ever dealt with by far! And mis leading

I got a message that I will get a refund in 30 days, maybe. Can I take them to court? where can i report it in England? please help. I have enough of them

Hello, can I ask how long did it take for them to answer your message? Because its been more than a day and they still haven't answered mine. They said a coupld of hours it gives the impression that I'd be under 24 hours, otherwise that'd just be a couple of days.

A few days sometimes they just seem to pick an choose when they want to message back I’ve been having a conversation with 5/6 different agents for past 12 days it’s shocking customer service lol

For me yes, they're telling me that it's what they charge for currency conversion fees, but there must be an error because if it was true the fee is at least 45% from what I initially paid. For some reason checking the fee isn't working for me so I'm still talking to them about that.

They’re a total joke. I have received nothing, it’s getting towards three weeks now.
