PayPal deducted two separate 1USD from my nominated Visa Debit Card. What for is that? The only transaction I made was to transfer my PayPal Balance to my Visa Debit Card. Also, PayPal deducted two separate ₱100.00 to my Visa Debit Card. They said I can get back when my Visa Debit Card could be verified by the code they will send to my Card Statement. Can anyone help me on this? The total missing funds was already ₱400.00. Thank you.
