I'm hoping someine can provide some guidance. I had a balance in my PayPal account, and when I went to check the balance, it has disappeared. I've cross referenced all of my transactions and they have debited my bank account as opposed to using the balance, and I've downloaded the statement report which shows the balance on there. Help!
