Missing Payment

Hi,  I received a payment on the 16th of November and I claimed the payment yesterday on the 18th , but it's still not reflected on my account. what could be the problem? I updated my account,linked  a credit card but it still reads $0 balance , please assist

Have you added the currency sent as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Thank you for that. I have not ,please advise on steps to do so.

Please advise on the steps that should be followed. I have not recieved payment and it has been more than 4 days now. My balance is still zero but i have received more than 8 emails from paypal. What should i do has i changed my currency already.
