I transfered my money from Paypal to my bank account; PAYPAL shows a completed money transfer however it's been weeks already but still no reflected money in my BANK ACCOUNT. I called the bank and it says that the money was still somehow onhold in PayPal but paypal says (thru email) that it is already completed. I can't personally call to paypal customer service as I am a non-US resident. They are really slow in answering my emails. ALSO, they wouldn't let me refund/dispute the transfered money. Any recommendations on what should I do after??? It's literally like my money was in void space as no one claims to have it. Please help me.
