Mispelt family name

I have tried everything to get PayPal to correct what was obviously a typo. My family name has been incorrectly spelt LEEI instead of the correct spelling LEE which means I cannot transfer money from PayPal into my bank account. It seems such a simple problem I don't understand why it's so difficult. Can anyone out there help

Did you submit a name correction through the Account Settings?

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
