Help Guys cant use my PayPal acc becouse im in it Minus Money i tried to Transfer Money from another acc but it dosent Work,sorry for my Bad Englisch HELP

What error message do you face when you try to send money? In general, you should be able to add funds to your PayPal balance by clicking 'Transfer Mone' or 'Add Money' after logging in to your account.
