Max confirmation tries reached/exceeded - any answer

What i have do? I add bank card in my account 

But shows: max confirmation tries reached/exceeded. I wrote on the support but I just got an automatic reply.

If you entered the wrong code x3 times then the only thing you can do is contact customer services to see if they can add it for you.
