If you failed to imput a 4 digit code sent to your bank account statement to confirm ownership of the account x3 times then you can no longer use that option.
You would need to contact customer services to add it for you but they would probably ask you to upload a copy of your bank statement to prove ownership as you didn't manage the code system.
