I have a sale for a coat recently. I have been paid but it is marked needs attention. I despatched the goods on Monday but there is no menu on the item listed on Paypal where I can mark it as despatched.it is marked as despatched on eBay. I DONT WANT TO USE PAYPAL LABEL. I am confused can you clarify thanks
To get rid of the "Needs Attention" nonsense, go to the "Add Tracking Information" or "Edit Tracking Number" link. When you get there, click on the box that says, "Tracking information not required" Once you click that box, the "Needs Attention" will disappear.
OR ignore it.
