I am sorry to hear your payment has not yet been released. Typically, funds are released after 21 days, or 24 hours after confirmed delivery. To be eligible for an early release, you need to attach your tracking information to the transaction in the 'Activity' section of your account. Once the tracking shows as delivered for more than 24 hours, the funds should be released.
