Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

There could be multiple reasons why your funds are on hold. For example, it could be that payments were disputed by the sender, and in that case, simply log into your Resolution Centre to resolve the issue. Otherwise, it could be that funds were held as a standard process. In that case, funds are usually held for 21 days, unless you provide shipping information to have it released sooner.
