My problem is I transferred money from paypal to my BPI account but the transaction said that the transfer is complete but when I look at my BPI Account I didn't receive it.

Me too @vany2098 I have the same problem. Were you able to resolve this? Please let me know.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
