Dear David, I have made a transaction with my bank account. The transaction is completed, but I have not received the money in my bank account. it has been 2 weeks since I have made this transaction

You may have to wait several days or not get a reply at all if you want David.

Best to use @ tag to the person you want to ask as you don't want anyone else so that they can see it for you.
