If i have received emails from Paypal to say I have cash in the form of refunds but these are not in my Paypal account (its at zero) and not in our bank account. Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong? I am pretty new to Paypal and havent had a refund before. Where could the funds be? I have rung Paypal but they are not answering the phone. Really frustrating!
