Lost in post

Hi I posted an item to a buyer and provided tracking info and proof address with postage. It appears to have got lost. Who is to blame?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

If the courier has lost a parcel that you shipped, I would recommend contacting the shipping company directly and file a claim with them as it is their responsibility to deliver the item correctly.
