Lost account

Hi Ive created a new PayPal account for my son.

my issue is that when im trying to link my card Digits. It saying that my card is linked to an old account.

and I’ve tried to enter as many of my past email accounts and it’s not finding none of them.

how can I get the card digits of my old account so I can link the same card to my new PayPal account that I’ve just created.
