Can anybody offer any advice?
I have used PayPal every week for the last 8 months and have never had an issue. All of a sudden, PayPal is saying that my bank (CIBC) no longer accepts instant or standard transfers. I have over $300 in my PayPal balance that I can not get out.
I have contacted PayPal and they have told me there is no reason why I can't take my money out of my balance and send it to my CIBC accounts. ?????
I've also linked a friends debit card from another bank (RBC) and it also doesn't accept RBC anymore apparently.
What could be causing this, and how do I fix it? Anything helps.
