Good day all. Please i need help:- Am finding it difficult to link up my PayPal credit card to my PayPal account. Help me out to activate it please.

not resolved for days, no help from customer service, I have balance in my paypal cash plus account but I cannot use it, I cannot add cards and banks to my account, there are no limitations and problems in my account
