Paypal says they allow you to link prepaid card for money transfers. But in reality they do not! I have tried to link my American Express Serve card, both as bank account with account number & routing number and just as debit\credt card with the card number exp date abs cvv code. But always get error message. Account in USA so it an allowed country.
So Paypal should stop saying it OK, I'm not the only person with this issue!
