Linking paypal account to a bank account in Togo

I am unable to link my paypal account to a bank. As and when i click on my wallet it doesn't give me that option. The only option i have is to link to a card and even that, only to a credit card. Is there a reason why i cannot access that option? I am living in Togo.

Unfortunately, PayPal accounts in Togo are not able to link a bank account. Only cards are able be used for sending funds.
