Linking my paypal to ebay

Hi, so I tried selling stuff on ebay and then it said I have to auto link my payment method,so I did that.I logged into my paypal but it said:

We’re sorry

Things don’t appear to be working at the moment.         

I tried waiting,and it doesn't  fix.Anyone knows a basic solution?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
