Hello. I'm struggling to link my debit card to my PayPal account, it just keeps saying "Your card has been declined. Please try another payment method". I've gone through the Help articles and none of the reasons given there apply to me. I've also gone to my bank, Capitec, and they also saw no reason why i couldn't link my card as I have used it before for international transactions. Please help
