Hello, I want to know if I can link a montenegro credit card with my Serbian account on Paypal, I am planning to open a non-residential bank account in Montenegro and I noticed that if I have a montenegro Paypal I can't receive money. Could I connect a Serbian paypal account with montenegro credit card and is it posibble to receive money that way and send it to my credit card?
