I tried to link my card today as I was buying something from Blizzard but it required me to link the card and when i try to do it it tells me to use another card, i just went to the bank yesterday to unlock my internet buying option and i even tried it on Netflix to buy a subscription. This same visa Electron has been linked to my paypal before buti unlinked it due to minimal usage.
