Linking bank account

I have a paypal account for years but for some reason it’s asking me to link my bank account. I’ve tried but it won’t work and says try again later. Iban number is correct. My card is linked to my account already and no issues when buying online but I’ve just received money from a sale and I’m trying to withdraw to my bank. Did link it a long time ago and no issues then.

Hi @Siobhan6,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty linking a bank account. Please give customer service a call to do some troubleshooting. To get the number to call, click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us. You will log in or click to call as a guest from there.
