Linking bank account to PayPal not working

Whenever I try to Lin my bank account, it goes the the screen that says “You can choose which eligible bank accounts from *bank* you want to link to PayPal”, but it doesn’t show anything. What’s going on?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
