Hello, I am moving to USA, but haven't got a US bank account yet. I would like to use my Israeli credit card to transfer funds using my American PayPal account. Is it possible?
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries.

@kernowlass I am moving for six months of studies, so I will be using my Israeli credit card. Are you saying there is no way of linking an isareli but international credit card and using it with USA PayPal account?
