Linking Simplii Financial account to Paypal doesn't work

I sent 2 days ago to try and confirm my account they said there would be under a $1 transaction but there hasn't been a transaction and it says it is ready to be confirmed but still no transaction.

Yeah I even had my bank account verified by customer support and I input all the correct info.. I still can't withdraw money from my paypal into my bank account...

I am having the same problem. Customer Service was able to confirm my account, but I cannot use it to pay for anything.
