I need to cash out my game winnings, have tried few times but receive error msg. "action not supported, report this error...." or "linking PayPal required". I've had PayPal for months, my bank and debit card are linked and verified with PayPal. I've even used my PayPal to make purchases from this particular vendor who I am attempting to collect my winnings from. (The one who requires link). So tired of this circle, help! Anyone?
