Hi Paypal Users, Since last week I cannot link by local bank account? since they have mistake in names in my paypal and my bank paypal remove it and now I corrected my name in my bank to match the paypal names, but cannot link, I have plenty of msg in message center some reply says they call me but they say cannot get through.I call US and UK number 10x but all automated and all not get through I am so frustrated i want to use my funds my mom is in hospital! Hope someone here have experienced same my case I appreciate if some members can guide what to do,
