Hello all, I am the treasurer for a pta. I am trying to link our school pta card to our new PayPal account but it’s saying the card is already linked to a PayPal account! How do I find out which PayPal account this is?

The card has to be in the same name / billing address as the 'owner' of the paypal account.
You can't have a paypal account in the name of a pta so who's name is it in and is the card in the same name?
Has it been linked to a previous paypal account and if so was it removed before you opened this account?
