Recently I've created a new account and wanted to link it to my PayPal, when I login to my Chase bank account when linking PayPal asks me to choose from a list of eligible accounts, but there are no accounts listed. I've provided a picture of what I see, when I click the next button it just tells me to choose an eligible account even there are none. I've tried looking for solutions online but none of them seem to cover what I'm looking for.
