Linked and confirmed card is not showing up for $ transfer funds.

I used to transfer funds to a linked debit card many times. Today it is just not showing up in transfer funds options list.

I removed the card and linked it again - didn't solve the problem. Cleared browsing cache - didn't solve the problem.

Sorry to hear this. Are you referring to the withdrawal of funds from your PayPal balance to a card? In some cases, bank accounts or cards are not compatible even if they had been previously working with PayPal's system.
