Link card

I cannot link my card anymore to my paypal account. I used it before. But now it said to me that I cannot used it until I confirmed that i am the owner???

Is the billing address of the card in the same address as your paypal account?

Is it a card issued in your country and registered in your name?

Have you removed it from any previous account before closing that account?
