Link a u.s bank

I have a Bahraini PayPal account and I was trying to link my paypal with my U.S bank account. But it keeps saying "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." What can I do?

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
