I have an old, usual credit card added to my account. When i tried to add a new card from a fintech company i got a "wrong address error", but the card was deducted the 1$ for each try.
Tried to remove the dots, commas and other characters from the address and all i tried all the other advises from the forum. None worked except one : Do it for 5-10 times, it will work eventually.
This is an odd bug. Luckily all the transactions got reverted in a couple of hours and the one that worked in couple of days.
