Link a new card

So a day ago i linked a mastercard onto my paypal account and everything worked fine. Until i tried sending someone money, i typed in the amount i tried to send, clicked next than it says to “Link a new card.” I don’t understand why this issue keeps occuring. Can someone please help me.

Yes i sure did and the “Link a new card” issue keeps occuring so what should i do?
