PayPal balance when I deposit to my card, it says, we are sorry we are not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. But I was trying it almost 3 weeks, sometimes it can not login to PayPal, please help.

Thanks for posting in the PayPal Community forums for help with this issue. I'm sorry to hear that you are having a hard time withdrawing your balance to your card and accessing your account in general. That is understandably frustrating.

 

Generally, this type of issue would occur if PayPal's security detects some sort of risk. Some triggers include the following:

 

- Accessing your account using a VPN.

- Accessing your account while abroad or on an unfamiliar device.

- Using a virtual card.

- Having an unresolved limitation on the account.
