I am trying to add a card....same card I had with a personal account. When I submit everything, I get a message saying it looks like my card is shared (yep with myself) and they are supposed to send a text for that person to approve or decline it. Never get a text and this great cyber wall that PayPal throws up doesn't help either. Anyone have a solution?
Are you completely sure you do not have shared account? Wife, girlfriend, parents maybe? If so, they also have access and in order to do anything you might need other persons permission as well. Text should be sent to other person you co-shared the account with. Maybe you have additional card instead of main card? Best ask your bank why your card appears as shared.
