I've get this message :

 

A recent transaction with your bank account ending in x-xx<removed> didn't go through.

As a result, we have removed this bank account from your PayPal account.

To re-add this bank account to your PayPal account, please confirm with your bank that all information is correct. Alternatively, you can add another bank account.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am trying to add account again but i cant, see only error messages.

Then you may have to ask customer services to add it for you.

To be honest once you have had a failed bank transfer paypal often block you re-adding it to stop that happening again and forcing you to use the safer (for them) option of a card.
