I'm unable to link a new bank account

Is it a bank paypal accepts ie not a virtual one?

Is the bank account Canadian?

Have you linked the bank account to previous Paypal accounts?

Is someone else using it on their paypal account?

Does the name on your bank account match the name on your paypal account?

Have you tried adding it using another browser or device?

If you are using the app try your laptop or vice versa?
